| History Formed by current CEO/President Doug Schwartz in 1988, Innovation was founded on the principle that technology should always enhance customer service, but never replace it. Innovation's first voice mail system was installed in 1991, and since then they can now be found in over 7000 hotel properties worldwide. Continually focused on taking advantage of the latest technologies, Innovation moved Innline to a Windows NT-based system in 1999. This allowed for many enhancements including co-resident InnCharge Call accounting, InnConnect Call Forwarding, and the PrivateLine DID Server. In the mid-2000s, Innovation once again sensed a change in future technologies and began development on the IP-based PBX ComXchange. Released in 2007, ComXchange is the first IP PBX built exclusively for hospitality. |
