Innovation Technologies is currently seeking an individual software developer to contribute to the continuing expansion of our proprietary IP PBX product line. This next generation system is designed specifically for the lodging industry.

Our product code is currently based upon, but not limited to, these technologies: C/C++, Java (using SWING), and Linux. The ideal candidate would have several years of advanced development experience in most, if not all, of these domains, as well as IP Telephony, GUI development and Voice Applications (IVR). Our candidate will work on a team to develop applications for our IP-based PBX product (using SIP). These tools are Java-basedand designed to run on multiple client platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux). The tools work with server side apps running on a Linux 2.6 kernel, and are typically written in C with occasional Perl scripting. The entire system is composed of a telephony/application server, IP phones, gateways to interface with PSTN andanalog phones, switches (with power over Ethernet), and occasionally routers. Position reports directly to the Development Manager.

Each developer is expected to take an active leadership role in ensuring that our products have bulletproof functionality in the field, and continue to be recognized as the industry leader when brought to market.

To achieve these ends, each developer must have good organizational and communication skills, and will need to be able to work closely with others on his immediate team, and indirectly with our dealers andoutside vendors. The ideal candidateshould be able to work independently or on small teams, and be comfortable in a very dynamic work environment. A teamwork spirit and a positive attitude will be essential.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Java (using SWING) and C/C++
• Linux experience (all server side apps run on Linux)
