Porting over the feature set of Innovation's industry standard InnLine 2020 system, ComXchange's voice mail helps properties achieve the highest levels of guest service while enhancing operational efficiency. With voice mail, automated attendant, and automated guest services combined into one system, ComXchange's voice mail turns the guest room phone into a complete information center. Enhanced functionality includes voice mail recording; multiple storage folders; unavailable, busy, and temporary greeting messages for all users; and message waiting indicators sent to both IP and traditional analog phones.
