The ComXchange survivability option provides a real-time backup in the event of hardware failure at the core controller level. This independent appliance continuously monitors call traffic and provides automated call management assuring virtually no interruption in call traffic.
ACTIVE MONITORING
Embedded monitoring at the system and network level provides pro-active notifications based on pre-defined variables. This feature allows administrators to identify problems before they occur via messages from the core system.
DISASTER RECOVERY
ComXchange provides enhanced disaster recovery features that provide automated backup and restore capabilities that can be controlled on and off-site, allowing for seamless restoration of system databases as well as voice messages.
